In this episode, I go down to the surf for the first time this year. I did not only go down for food and fun but for a tournament too called “The Big W”, a whiting tournament. I placed fourth in this tournament with a 1 pound 10 ounce whiting and the winner was a little over 2 pounds! In total I caught 5 pompano, 8 ladyfish, and 9 whiting. I caught 8 whiting total on 2 rods and some shrimp. 5 of these fish were keepers, the others under 10 inches, but it was still a great day of surf fishing for more and it made quite a fish fry!
