Thank you. They will hit either the surface or bottom. I caught all my sharks on the bottom. I have started using topwater plugs and they have been hitting them.

I would suggest fishing off some of the piers. Catch some bait off them and talk to the local anglers about good fishing spots. Use jacks, bonito, barracuda, or any other bloody fish for bait.
