Please let me know if the rules are diff at the specific spot you are….besides some knucklehead residents, I’ve never been asked to stop fishing (nor are there any ‘no fishing’ rules (excepting the state park). Best to use common courtesy. I run and gun with with light tackle, and fish early, late, or in the rain. I’d only set up surf-fishing camp when I shark fished at night….but I lived on the key, on the beach.

I live in Miami and was wondering exactly where on the Key this is? I didnt think that surf fishing was an option at the Key unless you are at hobe beach. Please let me know if the rules are diff at the specific spot you are at. It looks like its off the beach by the apartment buildings on the north side before Cape florida.
