@risenflame Bow to the king, when they jump, point your rod at them to give some slack. If you are too tight when they jump, they will either break your line or throw your hook.

What’s the best tactic when they start jumping as much as they do here? I’ve always struggled with what the best tact would be. I’ve read some articles, and try and imitate what I see here, but still seem to have trouble reacting….
